Verde Bamboo
The close-up view of each stone type shows a relatively true image of the crystalline structure and the colouring. This is suitable for grained slabs to a limited extend only. In regard to the colour matching, please take an original sample of the stone from your furniture store as a basis.
Petrography
Essentially, the lighter lines consist of a fine grain mixture of quartz and feldspar. If larger portions of the mineral epidote are included, the colour changes to yellow-green. The dark, very fine crystal lines contain in addition the dark silicates biotite and chlorite. Along this line structure also longer, fine cracks can be found, which are visible and perceptible. They originate from the time of generation of the rock, are grown together minerals and are, therefore, no problem for the static of a plate.
Petrogenesis
A very changeable former volcanic tuff, which has been later on subjected to a metamorphosis in the earth crust under high pressures and temperatures. As unsteady as the depositing cycles of originally volcanic ashes with sandy-clayish sediments were, as changing are the lines of this unique working rock. Mostly light and darker layers are in balance with each other. Sometimes, it may occur that the darker portions predominate. Every plate of this rock is a unique!
